Flower Therapy

Flower therapy, also known as floral essence therapy or flower essence therapy, is a holistic healing modality that utilizes the vibrational energy of flowers to promote emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. It operates on the principle that flowers possess unique energetic properties that can positively influence our own energetic system, thereby restoring balance and harmony within us. The origins of flower therapy can be traced back to ancient civilizations such as the Egyptians, Greeks, and Native Americans, who recognized the healing power of flowers. However, the modern form of flower therapy was developed in the 20th century by Dr. Edward Bach, a British physician and homeopath. Dr. Bach believed that physical illness often stemmed from emotional imbalances, and he sought to address these underlying issues using the essences of certain flowers.
